We want you and your little one to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your Nanit Smart Baby Monitor or accessories aren't the perfect fit for your nursery, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label. Simply print it out and securely attach it to your original Nanit packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location. Be sure to obtain a tracking receipt so you can monitor your return's progress to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
